About Us

Client Commitment

All Fresh Security Solutions Operatives are Screened and Vetted to British Standards 7858 and we are an equal opportunities employer. These checks are obtained by qualified personnel trained to carry out background and verification checks on all our Operatives.

All of our officers have received the appropriate training in line with the Security Industry Authority’s requirements and hold valid Security licences to fulfil the required roll to a minimum of level 2. All sia licences are clearly visible at all times when on duty unless carrying out covert operations.

All of Fresh Security Solutions Patrol Dog teams are all fully trained to high standards and hold Security Patrol Dog team qualifications form Nasdu, bipdt or nitpdu which are recognised security dog organisations. All dogs are well looked after and normally live with the handler so are used to family and work life and have a very close bond.

All our staff are provided with Fresh Security Solutions branded uniforms, wet weather equipment gear and essential ppe for the role they are fulfilling. We also maintain that all officers training requirements are up to date and this is recorded on their Personnel file.

We as a company are fully insured to carry out all of the services we provide and a copy of the insurance certificate will be found in the company files.

Before any contract starts a detailed health and safety risk assessment will be done for protection of our employees and an in depth security potential loss assessment to reduce potential loss for the clients.

At the start of every contract the client will be provided with a copy of the health and safety assessment, a copy of the potential loss assessment, a copy of our valid insurance certificate and assignment instructions for the site

All officers will carry company notebooks and every site that is manned by our officers will have an incident log to be filled out which will be collected by a supervisor if an incident occurs. All mobile patrol officers will have an incident log in the vehicle and each report will be handed to a supervisor at the end of every shift.

The client will be contacted and made aware of any incident that has occurred as soon as possible and a detailed report sent if necessary.
